Pros
There are flexible work arrangements and this is widely practiced This is pretty much the only benefit to working here for now
Cons
- Products are losing traction in the market and customers are moving away. - There is very little accountability. - There is little to no collaboration from the various departments and the customers pay the price. - Very high turnover and zero succession planning. - The system issues are a nightmare, has been that way for >12 months and looks to be that way for the next 1 - 2 years
