We agree that the company has a diverse and exciting portfolio of products for our customers.
We’ve been through a lot of change recently which has created some challenges, and we’re tackling them through a number of transformation programs that will simplify and improve our operations. We’ve already seen improvements, for example response time to IT or HR enquiries are decreasing and our new IT leader will be looking at further improvements for the long term. The leadership team is also constantly looking for ways to improve the way we work to provide greater value to our customers. This can take time, so we appreciate your support during this process.
