Pros
Microstrategy is a decent company providing competitive salary and benefits. Due to the closure of Beijing Technology Center, all of us were dismissed with decent compensation package. As an employee who has worked in Microstrategy, I would like to say that I am willing to consider rejoining Microstrategy again in the future.
Cons
Microstrategy is relatively more of a enterprise platform company rather than mobile company. I have worked on the Usher Project, which covers too many platform, from Android to iOS, from Windows to Mac, from Admins to users, which costs too much money and resources during the development of the project. It lacks a proper plan at the very beginning of the project, which could be the main root cause of the closure of BTC center.
