      • Quarterly performance bonuses • Innovative Bitcoin treasury strategy means the stock goes up (RSUs more valuable) • Constantly trying to change and evolve

      Cons

      • Legacy enterprise company; slower to make change happen • Poor change management • Sometimes the Bitcoin treasury business seems to be more important than the software business
