Pros
Production area - great if you like 12 hr shifts and having a 3 or 4 day weekend every week.
Cons
Communication and transparency with upper management. Upper site level management likes to keep employees in the dark and don’t address rumors about often compounded being issues. Constantly have to do more with less; less employees, time, money for tools and training.
