NO future, No goals, Yearly review is a joke, your boss doesnt even know what you are doing. Middle management is totally useless and incompetent, and has no power. But the worst things in this place in San jose are : 1) this is the 1st company I work that count your hours every week and we are not paid by hours! 2) Biasness to its fullest! Top management pick the people based on race and their own favorite to be promoted, not based on their performance.
