Pros

At the Chico call center, you are talking calls for Google. It seems ok at first, and you'll meet some nice people working here. We are all in this same boat.

Cons

You time is heavily structured, take too few calls, you get a talking to, take too many calls you get another talking to, take too much time in the restroom, you guessed it, another talking to by your supervisor. Not cheerfully enough on the phone, you get marked down. No praise for trying hard, just get lectured for any and every mistake you make. Often you'll get conflicting orders from different managers. Don't trust management about anything, they will lie right to your face. Poor and disorganized training, then you are head responsible for what they didn't teach you in training. They manage by intimidation. The harder you try to please management, the more grief you get from your manager. Crummy hours, as they stick you with working at odd times, since they run 24/7. Your sleep will be messed up. People get fired frequently for trivial mistakes. You never know where and when the ax will fall. However there are many employees who do an abysmal job, yet are in tight with management and get away with it. If you decide to take a job here, consider only temporary till you can find something better.

Pros

Good entry point into logistics and data center operations. Employees often mention gaining hands-on experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, asset tracking, and logistics processes that can help build a supply chain or IT operations career. Decent work-life balance. Logistics Associate reviews on Indeed show work-life balance scoring higher than other categories (around 3.6/5). Exposure to major tech clients. Many Milestone logistics positions support large technology companies and data centers, which can look good on a résumé

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities. Job security and career growth receive some of the lowest ratings among review categories. Contractor environment. Because Milestone often works through client contracts, your experience can depend heavily on the client site you're assigned to. Some employees report feeling disconnected from corporate leadership.
