Pros

• Some staff members were friendly and helpful • Massive company • Fast paced environment • Get free drinks on pay day

Cons

• Overdue working hours, which is extremely stressful • Terrible working culture • No structure or processes for doing large IT projects • High turnover due to staff members being bullied or harassed by Directors or senior management, not getting paid well, ridiculous working hours they have to do • Not very dynamic or advance with their technology • Be prepared to meet corporate psychopaths who will make your work life as hell

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that you did not feel positive about your experience at Mindshare. We value the contribution of all our employees and are fully supportive of a flexible working culture and work life balance. To support this, we have a comprehensive wellbeing programme, offering meditation sessions, talks, gym memberships, yoga classes and are continually reviewing our offering, led by feedback from our employees. This year we held our first Mindshare Balance morning, with 63 sessions and 13 drop in sessions such as massage and reiki. Our salaries are reviewed in line with the industry average and our turnover is below the industry average. The company does not tolerate bullying or harassment and ensures that any such cases are dealt with following fair process. If you would like to discuss your experience further please contact us. We would like to wish you every success in the future.
