      good salary and the office is in the center of Jakarta

      Cons

      1/ everyday seems like preparing for a war, blamed culture not solving problem. 2/ no work life balance at all 3/ never trust anyone

      Pros

      Great to get along with other peers. May or may not have great management.

      Cons

      Upper management hugely stingy on the most randomest things and very hard to work with. Not professional or transparent with management. Pay very low compared to what you are doing. (Shift lead doing management work)
