      - Low Salary for expected workload. No Incentive/Bonus plan for Managers - No Work Life Balance and Appreciation. Expected to work above 48hrs - Lack of Upper Management support -Company predominantly speaks Mandarin and hard to communicate with Upper Management

      Pros

      Great to get along with other peers. May or may not have great management.

      Cons

      Upper management hugely stingy on the most randomest things and very hard to work with. Not professional or transparent with management. Pay very low compared to what you are doing. (Shift lead doing management work)
