Bad management - Casual Sales Assistant Miniso Employee Review

The overloaded work, one staff all day long, the manager didn’t care about the staffs, very hush, only one staff need to work all around, such unpacking, change the layout, customer service and need to top up the sales of products . Need to deposit and closing the balance at the end of the day, the management even ask the on duty staff close the store on time and do all the closing after the trading hours without pay.
