      Management having unrealistic expectations, management failing to communicate clearly, workplace environment leading to potential stress, job can be too simple and boring

      Pros

      Great to get along with other peers. May or may not have great management.

      Cons

      Upper management hugely stingy on the most randomest things and very hard to work with. Not professional or transparent with management. Pay very low compared to what you are doing. (Shift lead doing management work)
