Pros
Remote working model , generous PTO.
Cons
The “leadership” here is a a joke at best, that title definitely gets tossed around freely. There's a huge lack of transparency and things often feel unstructured. Honestly, management feels like it's on a power trip leading with ego rather than running things with a clear strategy. We've been through layoffs constantly, which they always brand as "restructuring," but it's clear many people are being let go or choosing to leave on their own. The whole work environment has a deeply toxic feel to it, and it really seems to trickle down straight from the top. Here’s the thing about performance: Don't expect your hard work to be the main factor in your success. Advancement and raises often feel like they're based more on internal politics—who likes you and who doesn't—than your actual job performance. While the paychecks are solid enough (you can likely make more elsewhere) you should know that your mental health is definitely going to take a hit. This company doesn't value longevity or stability; people are treated as disposable. Critical decisions are often made quickly, out of the blue, with zero communication or real organization. It feels like we're floundering constantly, and getting a clear answer or direction is nearly impossible. Simply put, you can find other companies that offer the great compensation and benefits without costing you your sanity.
