Pros

-> Strong market presence and reputed products that make selling easier -> Competitive brand recognition and a broad portfolio that opens doors for meaningful customer conversations.

Cons

- The organization was once recognized for rewarding performance and offering strong compensation. Over time, however, this has declined, pay no longer reflects market standards, and recognition is often disconnected from genuine field performance. - Internal politics outweigh merit. Account allocation, visibility, and promotions frequently hinge on personal friendships rather than proven capability, creating frustration for those focused on delivering real business results. - Sales leadership tends to prioritize multiple routine reviews over meaningful guidance or enablement, offering little strategic direction or developmental support. - Culture today lacks the meritocracy and leadership depth expected in a truly performance driven organization. - Those seeking transparency, accountability, and authentic leadership may find the environment limiting.

Pros

Supportive people, a strong culture, and meaningful flexibility are the biggest positives. I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)

Pros

Remote work and decent pay

Cons

Really depends on the team, however middle management needs to be addressed. Toxic culture that truly depends on who your manager is. Silent layoffs are made to seem "Performance-based", then job is re-posted at a reduced range. Proceed with caution and understand that HR is not your friend.
