Not so great to be a part of sales or pre sales function. They are going aggressive and least bothered about employees. Looks like local management does not have power of own when it comes to really make a call , but yes when it comes to making a bad decision it is all his/her call. Not a company to be join at the moment. No wrk life balance , join rt now if you do not have anything else to do and just Mongo"s wrk. They say so that culture is wrk life is balanced but not as such. Or actually at some point it also depends upon ur immediate boss. As they are thankless . U r judged basis ur operations capability and and sales or pre sales acumen. Tc
