We have a market leading solution disrupting a massive database market and we have the strongest executive and sales leadership I have seen in my career. MongoDB has a culture of execution and accountability and we are striving to be world class. We focus on enablement to help our sales people continually improve and we have a culture of winning. Sales people are not on an island and senior management is focused on making sure sales has the right resources to execute and win. We work as a team! This includes a world class engineering team, pre sales, product management, marketing, inside sales, CSM's and professional services to name a few. We are all in the boat together.
Cons
MongoDB is a hard driving culture with a continuous focus on improvement. If you want to win, work hard and get better then MongoDB is the right place for you. If you are looking for an easy sales job with no pressure then I would keep looking.
