      Pros

      Interesting engineering work No real silos. Lots of inter-team work Decent autonomy in projects and everyone does some project leadership

      Cons

      Really major projects can suffer from "crunch" (this is a minority though and hits some teams harder than others)

      Pros

      Smart coworkers, fun projects. At the time it still felt like small enough of a company to know people. It's truly an inflection point of my career to work there.

      Cons

      Not a lot of office perks compared to other big tech companies.
