Pros
Growth culture, surrounded by incredibly driven and intelligent peers. Good WLB Continued investment in development, from ramping to several years later. Feedback from employees is taken into account and actually influences change. Financially rewarding. I joined during the pandemic and was incredibly impressed by the remote onboarding experience.
Cons
Some of the benefits are a little limited for non-US employees. Product complexity can result in long ramping period for new engineers
