      1) Culture - Genuine caring managers that have created a very diverse, open safe environment 2) Office: The new office is incredible with lunches provided 3 days per week 3) Career Dev: There seems to be no boundaries to where you can go in the company 4) Benefits: Incredible share options, health care and leave options 5)

      Cons

      You will work hard! Long hours are the norm at certain times and the expectations are incredibly high. You will be regularly pushed out of your comfort zone. If you are looking for an easy breezy check in and out 9-5! This is not the place for you.

I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

      Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)
