Pros

1. A small number of employees were genuinly wonderful people.

Cons

1. Extremely toxic working environment 2. Political drama in the extreme. Expect to have to watch your back at all times. 3. Leaders are chosen on their submission to the status quo. An environment this toxic enables only further toxicity to rise. Management is full of individuals who abuse the reporting structure to ensure only a subservient class of employee survives. Company culture is extremely toxic due to a high number of “fake it till you make it”VPs and directors. These individuals care only about their appearance to their own management and ignore their apparent duties, abusing the power dyamic between themselves and team members.

Pros

Supportive people, a strong culture, and meaningful flexibility are the biggest positives. I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)

Remote work and decent pay

Cons

Really depends on the team, however middle management needs to be addressed. Toxic culture that truly depends on who your manager is. Silent layoffs are made to seem "Performance-based", then job is re-posted at a reduced range. Proceed with caution and understand that HR is not your friend.
