      Pros

      You will be given time to learn and skill up. Everyone is great and always happy to take time out of their day to help you. Feedback is given and received like I have never seen before. Focus on sustainable pace is amazing. So much cool stuff to learn. Perks are amazing. You have access to a lot of support from your teammate, team lead, and management.

      Cons

      Some processes don't hold up, because the company is growing at an impressive speed. Some further training needs to get developed for non-technical roles.

      Supportive people, a strong culture, and meaningful flexibility are the biggest positives. I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

      Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)
