Pros
Individuals, and some small teams, in the company are brilliant and can get amazing things done; In general employees are high quality and have a huge amount of potential.
Cons
Departments and teams have little interaction or cohesion. A lack of a vision leads to challenges executing and focusing on short-term goals and the inability to plan for longer term ones. There is no real company culture or ownership which make it hard to be personally invested or put in the extra time or energy to make something great.
