      Excellent leadership team. The market loves MongoDB and wants more. The company is firing on all cylinders. Great to be part of something big. Lots of opportunity for professional growth. I have made many close friends while working here.

      We're moving fast and doing new things, so you have to be ready for a quick pace of change and have tolerance for ambiguity.

      Pros

      Smart coworkers, fun projects. At the time it still felt like small enough of a company to know people. It's truly an inflection point of my career to work there.

      Not a lot of office perks compared to other big tech companies.
