Pros
I've joined MongoDB in the early stage and left after 4 years. Those 4 years were amazing, I experienced hyper-growth which resulted in an array of great opportunities for me. The pace was fast and it was amazing to see how a company of about 25 people grows to 400 in that small amount of time.
Cons
A lot of management and executive change specifically in my last 2 years there lead to a lot of re-direction and re-orientation of what we (and I with my team) were trying to achieve. I do believe this was necessary though and in the end there is different leadership needed at certain stages of a growing company.
