      Part of a larger company umbrella, allows opportunity to branch out while keeping tenure and length of service. Offers benefits. Biweekly pay.

      Cons

      high manager and employee turnover rate, facility in disrepair, minimal support from upper management, no soloutions or support offered when presenting problems to upper management , dangerously low staffing levels, frontline managers untrained, no sense of teamwork between culinary, patient services and dietitian teams.

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
