No strategy from management - Risk Analyst Motability Operations Employee Review

Asset Risk Management have no strategic vision and do not know how to prioritise work. Wasting time and money on wasteful flashy projects is commonplace while the actual key parts of the department are left to rot until the opportunity for another Exec vanity project arises. Everyone in the department is discontent and has been for years, churn is super high and literally nothing changes. Absolutely no opportunity for upwards progression while also constantly pushing you to develop. Oh and the snack budget was cut.
