Yes they put customers at the heart of what they do however, they forget about the staff, Constant mental abuse from customers with no back up from management, No real idea of how your staff feel or how to provide support. Losing good staff as they cannot see what is happening in front of their eyes. The management are so scared to stick up for whats right that they allow people who abuse the scheme to continue. Constant changing of departments, secretive to the point that its actually awful the way redundancies are withheld from staff. Pay in London is terrible and needs to be addressed.
