Very high standards for phone calls. Sometimes feedback felt impossibly nit-picky. I experienced homophobic comments from a fellow trainee during training. I reported this to the trainer and was very disappointed with the response - the person who made the comments did apologise to me but I was not given any opportunity to say why the comments were hurtful or offer any advice on how to learn more to prevent making comments that could be hurtful in future. I think the culture is too profit driven too - it detracts from the claim that our primary goal is to help customers. Profit profit profit.
