Bonded Labor, Toxic Culture, Abusive Company - Decision Scientist Mu Sigma Employee Review

I am a former employee and had the worst experience of my life here. If you care about your mental/physical health, do not join. You are made to feel so worthless even after you put in 15 hours into work. Mistakes are frowned upon. I almost thought I will not be able to do anything in life. Today I receive Exceeds rating at one of the FAANG companies and 50 times more pay (I am in US) and much more appreciation from top leadership in the world. I learnt nothing at Mu Sigma because I am not someone who can learn or excel under extreme pressure and abuse.
