Pay raises each year could be better

Not many other than pay.

This plant is severely understaffed, highly disorganized, and operates with aging infrastructure. Years of underinvestment have left the facility struggling to maintain reliability and morale. Ownership appears primarily focused on financial performance rather than long-term operational success. If you're thinking about leaving a secure job to come here, I would recommend proceeding with caution and thoroughly evaluating the opportunity before making the move. If you value quality of life this isn't the place due to understaffing and the complete disrepair of the plant.
