Pros
NETGEAR has very little bureaucracy and gives me ownership for my job and my function. No micromanagement and very good, clear direction and communication from the CEO. They promote from within and have a good bonus plan. I have been able to promote several people and reward great performers. I feel very appreciated.
Cons
They run lean, so if you are not the type that wants to work hard, this is not the place for you.
