Pros
The concept is brilliant and we have the best healthcare in the world, free at the point of contact and regardless of class, race, age or situation.
Cons
Frontline staff feel underappreciated. Many work well beyond their hours and yet instead of realising this is effort driven by caring, the upper management structure sees a service which is coping and seeks to make further cuts.
