Pros
1. Suitable position of my previous experience 2. Good starting salary in industry 3. Wonderful product 4. Very good environment to work, both hardware and people attitudes
Cons
1. Benefits are not competetive in China 2. No example of career path change between different kinds of jobs(from tech to marketing/sales or reversed). Maybe due to China division is young. 3. Don't have chance to enjoy the newest product of our own company! No way to play game with our best graphic card:(
