Pros

Stock does well thanks to deep learning

Cons

This is an extremely aggressive work environment. Most people leave in about two years. The ones that stick around are the ones that thrive in this hostile, aggressive work environment. I've seen people get yelled and screamed at publicly. They also do not value diversity no matter what the company tag line is and it's a very unhealthy workplace if you are a minority. It is also worth pointing out that this company (despite the stock doing very well) has had one good idea that it has been capitalizing on for years and has failed miserably at everything else it tried pivoting to...

Pros

Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

Cons

Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
