Pros
Very flexible mindset, no strict dogma on how to do things or how/when you must work. Very open to working remotely, from home, off hours, etc. Dynamic and exciting projects.
Cons
Sometimes lack of process/procedure can be annoying from an engineering perspective. Possible to fall thru the cracks and get stuck on a unimportant project.
