Pros
Nvidia has some of the smartest people around. There is a lot of respect for Jensen but a lot of decisions are made with out being challenged. There is a sense of blindly following the management's decision The pay package and benefits are competitive but the options are looking bleaker The engineering team is known for good products and tighter timelines for roll out Sitting on 1.6B in cash is definitely an advantage
Cons
Stress and not much of work life balance Be prepared for long hours Mirco managers and big egos are always around there is a lot of politics around. A lot of FUBAR!
