Velocity was good before Navisite took over, now after years of mismanagement they are trying in vain to fix the situation by laying off more and more people every few months. Morale at the company is near zero as the staff are overworked picking up the work from their now gone colleagues whilst knowing that they probably will be picked for the next layoff wave.
