Pros

Half days in summer and winter Unlimited PTO that is pretty generous

Cons

There really isn't enough space here to write the bad. But we can summarize some of the bigger problems: - There's no clear direction from senior management. The direction seems to shift constantly. - Middle management is not supported, and left to fight to keep their employees from being crushed by the shifting tides - Mainline employees are overworked, under-compensated, and largely ignored. - They spout the catch-phrase SoMuchGood, but give pathetic merit raises and offer little opportunity or room for employees to grow and move vertically in their roles. Your mega efforts won't buy you any additional dollars or positions. High-performance isn't incentivized, but Mediocrity is rewarded. - No one has a voice. You can raise issues, but they die at Sr. Management. That's unfortunate. - Sales team doesn't understand all of the services that Navisite offers, which is a huge missed opportunity. - People are seen as equal in terms of talent, skills, etc..... which means in their eyes a cheap resource is as good as the most highly-skilled, well trained resource. We all know how that works out in the end. Sadly promotions and hiring decisions are made with this (flawed) logic. Only utilization percentages matter in the end. - Few people you talk to have any faith in the C-Level at all. They see tons of acquisitions but no plan on how to use the newly-bought product talents and superpowers.

Pros

Used to have good direction

Cons

Since being purchased by RDX and having Madison Dearborn as an Owner the Leadership has changed focus and has also gotten rid of many good employees and are forever making huge revenue growth commitments to the owners, which they constantly miss. Employees are under constant fear that they will let go at the whims of management.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Half day Fridays twice a year

Cons

Executive leadership acquires companies and puts zero effort into learning how they operate or attempting at even a basic level to retain employees. Mediocrity is such a gold standard that Navisite would be an excellent case study in mismanagement were it not so fundamentally unremarkable in every way. Continuous reduction in benefits, salaries below market, no path for advancement outside of filing the gaps left by the people leaving in droves. There is a sense of defeat within VP and mid level leadership. Suggestions and feedback are often met with some form of "I agree with you, but what could I possibly do about this?" If you value yourself and take pride in your work, look elsewhere.
