      Employee discount is the best benefit. Neimans also provides an iPhone to full time sales associates and you will be highly encouraged to use the internal customer management software to build your business.

      Cons

      You will accrue paid time off but it is often difficult to take vacation time especially during peak seasons. Be ready to work weekends and holidays.
