Pros
Good Benefits, multiple opportunities to work, growth and transition incase someone is willing to. Good culture and work life balance
Cons
Recent Management has impacted quite a lot roles and re-structured multiple positions. Lack of proper communication from management to individuals. For contractors its not much benefits as they are not employees and hence management not bothered for their growth. It only comes after you have been converted to FTE. Hike is also mediocre, initial hiring is with good budget but don't expect any hike after that. they did not even beat the inflation.
