Business Outlook
Pros
NetApp has many different IT projects which you can work on and make a positive impact. Managers are attentive to your needs. Business teams always very appreciative when IT delivers.
Cons
Too many layoffs every year (at least 3 waves per calendar year) took people morale really down. Majority of eliminated position are technical not managers positions. IT Management is very arrogant in front of business teams/requirements and stands on last century approach that IT dictates rules and directions in applications design and development.
