Pros
Very bright and smart engineers work at this company. The engineers try very hard to do the right things. Wages are very competitive.
Cons
The company has endured 5 layoffs in the past 4 years. The employee moral struggles with understanding the way out of the dismal events. Still a lot of "start-up" qualities to the operations of the company - have not matured to what is needed for a larger company.
