No cons at NetApp level, but at Bangalore manageability team: Management of Bangalore manageability team is not doing well. They don't seem to be concerned of whether the engineers are fairly recognized or not. They don't seem to be concerned of the attitude of managers with respect to the fairness towards the engineers. They seem to be believing in the management talent, not the engineering talent. Your fate depends on the manager that you get to report to.
