Pros
The company has a pretty good benefits program. Flexible working hours, work from home, volunteer time off. Health benefits very decent.
Cons
Lack of career opportunities and development path. Definitely play favoritism. Of late management doesn't seem to truly listen. Major lack of communication between corporate administrative functions and the business units. This is a huge issue and becoming worse. Performance review process does not work. I received a one rating for three is running, was promised a promotion each year. And never received it. Extremely disheartening, which is why I left.
