Pros
For the first several years, it was great. Great culture, amazing people, high morale. I was proud to work here and recommended anyone who wanted to join.
Cons
In the past 1 1/2 years, the company has gone downhill. Executive decisions are way off the mark. They flip flop in their go to market strategy and the leaders they are bringing on these days are really destroying the amazing culture it used to have.
