Pros
I enjoy working with my team. Pay is decent. Nice facilities. Benefits are average, nothing special.
Cons
Most employees are in dual roles with some having 2-3 full time roles. Since it’s a global company, chances are, the main people you collaborate with are in different parts of the world. Mandatory return to office even if you are the only person on your team that lives within 25 miles of the mandate. It’s a very isolating feeling and quite opposite of what was intended. No one that I know wants this although we’re being told countless lies that employees wanted to return to office in large numbers. I don’t know anyone that wants this. High performing teams are being punished because of underperforming teams.
