Not only are the benefits of working for NetSuite very attractive, the people working across the organisation make it so enjoyable to look forward to coming to work everyday! The support and collaboration between all teams is so cohesive and nice to be part of, as our people are the ones that continue to build our business! We promote within our organisation, we provide Health Benefits, training & development programs, and you even receive Company Equity as part of your Remuneration Package, so you really feel part our organisation! Also we have introduced our Birthday Leave day (additional ontop of your holiday leave) which you can take off on your birthday or on another day, your choice!
Cons
So far I haven't had any real challenges (in terms of disappointments), as this opportunity with NetSuite has given me the opportunity to take my career to another level, at the sametime I have been able to add value with my experience. To give an example of work-life balance, we had a family/kids day with the Pet Zoo visiting our offices in Sydney earlier this year which gave everyone an opportunity for family & kids to meet, it was a really successful day and something I have experienced for the first time in my career. We support several Charity organisations and continue to strive to make a real difference in our community. Thank you
