As an engineering manager at New Relic's India GCC, I'm consistently impressed with the culture here. The company truly prioritizes employee care, offering some of the best benefits I've seen. The flexibility is fantastic, and our HRBPs are continuously working to improve the employee experience. It's an exciting, fast-paced environment where we get to work with a latest tech stack, which makes the work both challenging and rewarding.
Cons
One area for improvement is adding more specific tax benefits for India-based employees. However, given that the India GCC is still relatively new, I'm confident this is something the company will address as we grow.

Thank you for great and detailed review of your experience as an engineering manager! We are thrilled that you feel our culture prioritizes employee care and provides a challenging, rewarding environment, and we appreciate your valuable feedback as we continue to enhance the employee experience for our growing team.
New Relic truly walks the walk. I love that the company leans into a Challenger Mindset; it creates a dynamic where we are always improving and staying ahead of the curve. Even as a new hire, my perspective feels valued.
Beyond the tech, the culture is unprecedented. Everyone is incredibly helpful and stays Accountable to one another. It’s rare to find a place that is this friendly while still maintaining a high bar for getting work done.
Cons
Still in the honeymoon phase, but navigating the vast amount of internal documentation can be a bit of a whirlwind during the first month; definitely feel like "drinking from a fire hose." While the team is supportive, the sheer volume of information can be overwhelming for a newcomer.
