      Pros

      Great Managers, great training agenda which is actually followed, work from home 100%, independent contractor

      Cons

      Must supply your own equipment, no wages for 14 day training, lowest paid in the country - NEXREP average hourly is $17.00, they pay $13.00 here in Florida. Forced to use a Horrible Online Bank for Payroll - BranchApp.com ***So many extra charges and fees. The only service without fees is the 5-7 day ACH transfer into your personal checking.

      Make your own hours, if they dont terminate you without explanation

      Cons

      No support whatsoever. Will make you pay for everything then terminate your contract in the middle of certification classes with no reason why. They have completely screwed me over time after time. I thought once I got halfway through certification that FINALLY it would work out, but of course that was just wishful thinking. I paid the fees, background check, passed computer specs and speed tests. I was halfway through certification when all the sudden I get an email saying my contract had been terminated and they wouldnt tell me why. Dont contract with these people. Youll regret it surely. Not only that but there was very little support and no way to contact anyone if youre having issues.
