The constant hire and fire cycle makes this company look more like a washing machine than a functioning company. The worst part is that there is no one who knows what is going to happen next week. This is the same for all, from director positions to floor employees.
This is the same for the product too, not many know what is going to happen in the next month or even 6 months from now. The recent hire and fire might seem like a one-off, but don't be fooled. Nextiva has been doing these recruitment cycles even before we could blame it on AI. It will be evident if you go back and read the reviews from earlier.
Also, most of the positive reviews here are also HR/culture team-induced. Just one week before they fired me, they asked me to write an "honest review" of the company on Glassdoor. And look at me now, writing the most honest review they asked for.
